1/2 gallon of concentrate
2 gallons of water

Make sure all your ingredients are very cold. Put the mix in the refrigerator prior to mixing. The colder the mix, the faster it will freeze. Mix the ingredients together in the bucket we provide. Pour into the reservoir of the machine.

The mix should take about forty minutes to freeze. Once you start serving you will want to prepare your second batch and start topping off the machine with more mix. Keep the mix cold.

Never let the machine run empty!
