Party Machine Rentals
The Fine Print:
1. Rental Prices are per day or per weekend. Use our Reservation Page for online reservations or call us.
2. The machines are paid for at the time of the reservation. Although we do not charge a reservation fee, we do ask that you sign your contract at least ten days prior to your rental date in order to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled less than ten days prior to your rental date.
3. Although we will happily make a last minute reservation—even the day of your event if we have equipment available—we recommend reserving machines 2 weeks in advance. On holiday weekends, and during warm weather, we recommend a month in advance.
4. Weekend machine pick-up is on Friday between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Machine return is the following Monday between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
5. We will give you instructions on using the machine and answer any questions you might have at the time of pickup.
6. You'll need a van, SUV or pickup truck to transport
the machines. We will
assist you in putting machines in your vehicle.
Please Note:
We do not put machines in trunks
or inside cars.
7. If you'd like us to deliver, we charge $50.00 for most locations.
Specific circumstances, such as travel distance, stairs or steep slopes
may result in a larger fee. Please call and
we'll be happy to give you a firm delivery estimate based on the conditions at your party site.
8. Discounts: Let us know if your event is a fundraiser or for a good cause. We like to support the community and may be able to offer you a discount. We can also, on occasion, offer discounts for large events.
9. Hot Weather Advisory: We can not guarantee that mix will freeze down properly if machines are used outdoors in temperatures over 80º. If you're having trouble getting the mix to freeze outdoors, move machine(s) indoors to a cooler environment.
