Important Machine Facts:

Machine must be plugged into a 20 amp. 110 volt dedicated circuit. The machine will not freeze if it does not have the right power.
All countertop machines must be kept on their feet at all times.

Starting Up the Machine:

Do not start the machine without mix in it!!

1. Remove the air/mix feed tube from the top of the machine.

2. Pour ONE carton of mix into the hopper and wait until product bubbles down into the cylinder. Make sure the product is completely thawed (mix should not be icy).

3. Wait until the product quits bubbling down into the cylinder then put the air mix feed tubes in position.
