Machine Operating Instructions

Important Machine Facts:

Machine must be plugged into a 20 amp. 110 volt dedicated circuit. The machine will not freeze if it does not have the right power.  
All countertop machines must be kept on their feet at all times.




Starting Up the Machine:

Do not start the machine without mix in it!!

1. Remove the air/mix feed tube from the top of the machine.

2. Pour ONE carton of mix into the hopper and wait until product bubbles down into the cylinder. Make sure the product is completely thawed (mix should not be icy).

3. Wait until the product quits bubbling down into the cylinder then put the air mix feed tubes in position.

4. Add additional mix to the top of the machine.

5. Turn the machine to "Auto." The product will be frozen in about 10 minutes.

6. Keep adding mix to the top of the machine as product is used.

Never let the machine run empty!!


Summer Weather Advisory: You cannot use our machines in direct sunlight on a warm day. They must be in the shade. If the temperature is over 80º and you're having trouble getting the mix to freeze, move the machines indoors to a cooler environment.

Cleaning the Machine:

1. When you are through using the machine pull the air/mix feed tube from the top of machine.
2. Turn the control switch to wash.
3. Let the machine run 15 minutes to melt the product.
4. Drain all the product from the nozzle with the machine in
wash.
5.Turn the machine off.
6. Fill the machine with warm water. Do not use hot water.
7. Turn the control switch to wash.
8. Drain the water from the nozzle with the machine in
wash.
9. Turn the machine off.
10. Repeat steps 6-9 until water comes out clear. This usually takes three or four times.
11. Leave no mix in the machine!
12. Clean the machine outside, and the top of the machine where the product was. Clean the drip tray and air/mix feed tube.

Please make sure all parts and the machine are clean!
