    Making a Perfect Margarita

    Whether you're making Margaritas and Daiquiris, Slushies and Smoothies or one of our Frozen Coffee Drinks, the instructions are essentially the same. (The coffee drinks use Milk, not water!) Your ingredients should be ice cold. Put the alcohol in the freezer and the mix in the refrigerator. The colder the mix, the faster it will freeze. On average it takes the mix about forty minutes in the machine before its ready.

1. Step one: Thoroughly mix together one bottle of supplied concentrate and 1.75 litre bottle of your favorite alcoholic beverage with 2 gallons of cold water.

 

2. Pour mixture into reservoir at top of machine.

Turn switch to ON.

    Some useful information to help estimate your costs:

      1. Lime, Mango and Strawberry Margarita mix, as well as most of our Rum mixes, cost $25 for a bottle of concentrate, or $4.25 per finished half gallon. One bottle makes about three gallons. Ghiaccio mix is $35 for the same size bottle of concentrate. Ghiaccio is good with alcohol and your best choice for non-alcoholic drinks.
      2. Three gallons of mix will make approximately sixty 8-oz servings, or forty-two 12-oz servings.
      3. We provide a bucket for mixing free of charge.
